The 2010 Victoria Cycling Series brings exciting
cycling action and activities for everyone to enjoy
and participate.
The summer season brings together a wide
range of exciting events - starting in May 28-30,
2010 with the Mount Doug Hill Climb, the Sooke
Classic Road Race, the Bastion Square Grand
Prix, the Tim Hortons Timbits Challenge, and
the Galloping Goose Poker Ride.
On July 24-25, 2010 the action continues with
the Sidney Twilight Grand Prix and the Oak Bay
Bikes Cops for Cancer Criterium.
For participants, whether they compete to win,
race for fun, cycle leisurely or simply like to
watch, there is something for everyone; families,
kids, professional racers, weekend riders,
commuters, road racers, criterium racers of all
ages and abilities. From Bastion Square’s
infamous Crash Corner, to the challenge of a
13% gradient hill climb, to the scenic view of the
Galloping Goose, to the raised arms of victory on
the winner’s podium, we’ve got your summer
cycling fun covered.
